Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for federal agency networks and workstations.
- Monitor system logs and security alerts to ensure data integrity and compliance with FISMA standards.
- Assist in the configuration and maintenance of hardware, including servers, laptops, and peripherals.
- Document technical procedures and incident reports for internal review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT solutions that meet agency objectives.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Federal Secret Security Clearance.
- Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent military experience).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash).
- Strong understanding of network protocols and cybersecurity fundamentals.
