Qualifications
- Associate's degree in healthcare administration or related field
- 2+ years customer service experience
- Familiarity with federal healthcare programs (Medicaid/Medicare)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
