Responsibilities
- Support Federal Compliance: Assist in the preparation and maintenance of documentation required for various federal agency contracts and audits.
- Regulatory Research: Conduct research on current federal regulations, OMB Circulars, and agency-specific policies to ensure project adherence.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records in federal databases and ensure all data entry complies with strict security protocols (NIST standards).
- Stakeholder Coordination: Communicate with federal personnel, contractors, and internal team members to coordinate schedules and project timelines.
- Meeting Preparation: Prepare briefing materials, agendas, and minutes for regular status meetings with federal stakeholders.
- Travel Coordination: Manage travel arrangements for on-site visits to federal facilities as required.
Qualifications
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to pass a background investigation (Security Clearance not required for this entry-level role).
- Education: Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative support, project coordination, or a related field.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with federal procurement processes, OPM regulations, or government contracting is highly desirable.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with case management or CRM software is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with senior government officials.
