Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality customer service to federal employees, contractors, and the general public regarding agency programs and services.
- Process and review incoming correspondence, applications, and forms for accuracy and completeness in accordance with federal guidelines.
- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and databases, ensuring strict confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
- Answer incoming telephone inquiries and direct calls to appropriate personnel efficiently, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
- Prepare and distribute internal memos, reports, and correspondence as required by management.
- Support the office with special projects and administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- United States Citizenship is required for federal employment.
- Must be able to pass a background investigation and obtain a favorable adjudication.
- High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) required; additional post-secondary education in a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service, administration, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time capacity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
