- Provide exceptional customer service to veterans and federal employees via phone, email, and in-person.

- Collaborate with team members to streamline workflow and resolve administrative issues.
- Attend mandatory training sessions and briefings to stay updated on federal protocols.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship required for federal employment.
- Must be able to pass a federal background check and security clearance (if applicable).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong typing skills (minimum 40 wpm).
- Previous experience in a federal or government-related environment is a plus.
