Responsibilities
- Process and maintain accurate records of city documents and correspondence.
- Assist the public via phone and in-person with inquiries regarding city services and permits.
- Prepare reports, memos, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Perform data entry tasks to update internal databases and filing systems.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings for department staff and officials.
- Ensure the reception area and office spaces are maintained to a high standard of professionalism.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or customer service role preferred.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
