Responsibilities
- Provide tier-2 technical support and troubleshooting for end-users across the agency.
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software assets.
- Maintain accurate records of IT incidents and resolutions in the Service Desk system.
- Collaborate with senior staff to implement network security protocols and upgrades.
- Conduct routine system health checks and backups to ensure data integrity.
- Support the migration of legacy systems to modern cloud platforms.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional IT support experience.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and Windows Server environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work a flexible part-time schedule (approx. 20-25 hours per week).
