Responsibilities

  • Provide tier-1 and tier-2 technical support via helpdesk ticketing systems for government employees.
  • Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot hardware (laptops, printers, mobile devices) and software applications.
  • Ensure strict adherence to Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA) compliance and security protocols.
