Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist users with account management, password resets, and security protocol compliance.
- Perform regular maintenance, inventory management, and asset tagging of IT equipment.
- Document technical issues and resolutions accurately in the Service Desk ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure high availability of systems and services for agency operations.
- Conduct basic training sessions for end-users on new software and security policies.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 1-2 years of verifiable experience in a help desk or technical support role.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Windows operating systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time capacity.
