Responsibilities
- Manage incoming inquiries via phone and email in a professional and courteous manner.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain confidential personnel files and records.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of internal memos, reports, and correspondence.
- Organize and file physical and digital documents according to established government standards.
- Support the administrative staff with special projects and event coordination.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in an office or administrative setting is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
