- Document all call details and actions accurately in incident reports
- Participate in mandatory scenario-based training exercises
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols for sensitive information
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM (verified by assessment)
- Fluency in English (bilingual Spanish strongly preferred)
- Must be 18+ years old and legally eligible to work in the US
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic computer literacy with willingness to learn specialized software
