Responsibilities
- Analyze complex urban policy issues using quantitative/qualitative methods
- Research best practices in U.S. municipal governance
- Prepare concise policy briefs and recommendations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with DC agencies
- Monitor policy implementation effectiveness
- Present findings to senior leadership
- Stay current on DC legislative developments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Policy/Political Science/Urban Planning
- 2+ years policy analysis or research experience
- Strong data visualization skills (Excel, Tableau)
- Excellent written communication in professional contexts
- Ability to work independently across time zones
- Knowledge of U.S. federal system structure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- UK work authorization required
