Responsibilities
- Analyze legislative proposals and draft comprehensive policy briefs

- Prepare testimony and supporting documents for legislative hearings
- Collaborate with agency stakeholders on policy implementation strategies
- Monitor legislative proceedings and track bill progress through committees
- Compile data reports for decision-makers using advanced analytical tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Public Administration, or related field
- 2+ years policy analysis or legislative experience preferred
- Proficiency in data analysis software (SPSS, R, or SAS)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Deep understanding of Georgia state government operations
- Ability to work 20-25 hours per week with flexible scheduling
