Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years customer service or social services experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry systems
- Strong bilingual skills (English/Spanish required)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Valid Illinois driver's license (for outreach duties)
- Background check clearance
