Responsibilities
- Process and manage resident inquiries through multiple channels (phone, email, in-person)
- Assist with eligibility verification for public assistance programs
- Prepare and maintain accurate case documentation in digital systems
- Coordinate community outreach events and informational workshops
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve service delivery issues
- Support data collection for performance reporting and program evaluation
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols and ADA compliance standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred)
- Minimum 6 months customer service or administrative experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and database management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to navigate complex regulations with empathy and professionalism
- Valid California driver's license (if field visits required)
- Pass background check and fingerprinting clearance
