Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor for infrastructure maintenance including road repairs, sidewalk construction, and park upkeep
- Operate light machinery (e.g., jackhammers, saws, graders) under supervision
- Assist in storm drain cleaning, vegetation removal, and debris collection
- Maintain job site safety protocols and proper equipment handling
- Complete daily work order documentation and inventory reports
- Participate in emergency response during weather-related incidents
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety standards
- Pass pre-employment physical and background check
- Ability to follow verbal instructions and work independently
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided)
