Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Minnesota driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical tasks in varying weather
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety protocols
- Strong work ethic and reliability for flexible scheduling
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or in teams
- Previous public works or landscaping experience preferred
