Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including excavation, grading, and material handling for public infrastructure projects
- Operate light machinery (e.g., jackhammers, tampers, pressure washers) under supervision
- Assist in street maintenance, sidewalk repairs, and park beautification initiatives
- Conduct routine inspections of public facilities and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards during all operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on stormwater management and erosion control projects

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Valid Arizona Driver's License with clean driving record
