Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Operate light equipment (saws, jackhammers, pressure washers) under supervision
- Assist in roadway maintenance, park upkeep, and facility repairs
- Ensure job sites comply with safety protocols and environmental standards
- Load/unload materials and maintain clean, organized work areas
- Participate in seasonal projects (snow removal, landscaping, etc.)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient project completion
Qualifications
- Valid Minnesota Driver's License (required)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Availability to work varied shifts including weekends/evenings
- Basic knowledge of hand/power tools and construction methods
- Commitment to workplace safety and OSHA standards
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and background check
- Resident of Saint Paul or surrounding metro area (preferred)
