Responsibilities
- Perform infrastructure maintenance including road repairs, drainage systems, and public facility upkeep
- Operate light equipment (saws, compactors, sweepers) under supervisionExecute landscaping and park maintenance duties
- Follow strict safety protocols for construction zones and hazardous materials
- Assist in emergency response during storms or natural disasters
- Maintain accurate work logs and complete required documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on public projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid California Driver's License (Class C) required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in outdoor conditions
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Willingness to obtain OSHA 10 certification (provided)
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and background check
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
