Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor including excavation, grading, and concrete work
- Operate light machinery (e.g., jackhammers, power tools) safely
- Assist in park maintenance, landscaping, and irrigation systems
- Support street repair projects and traffic control operations
- Maintain cleanliness of public facilities and work sites
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and environmental standards
Qualifications
- Valid California Driver's License with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Must be available for weekend and early morning shifts
