Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor including digging, lifting, and moving construction materials
- Operate hand tools and light machinery (e.g., shovels, saws, jackhammers)
- Assist in road repair, sidewalk maintenance, and park beautification projects
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean work sites
- Support emergency response during severe weather events
- Complete daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Collaborate with crew members to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety procedures
- Availability to work weekends and evenings as needed
- Pass pre-employment physical and background check
- Prior experience in construction, landscaping, or maintenance preferred
