Responsibilities
- Assist in road maintenance, sidewalk repairs, and storm drain clearing
- Operate hand tools, power equipment, and light machinery under supervision
- Perform landscape maintenance and park facility upkeep
- Support waste collection and recycling operations
- Conduct safety inspections and report hazards
- Follow all OSHA and city safety protocols
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Arizona driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of construction safety practices
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Pass pre-employment background check
- Availability for weekend/evening shifts as needed
