Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on streets, parks, and public facilities
- Operate light machinery (e.g., mowers, trimmers, hand tools) safely and efficiently
- Assist with storm drain cleaning and debris removal during weather events
- Support construction projects by preparing sites and managing materials
- Conduct daily safety inspections and maintain equipment cleanliness
- Collaborate with crew leads to execute daily work plans
- Document work activities and report maintenance needs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Texas Driver's License with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and perform physical labor in varied weather
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety protocols
- Strong work ethic and punctuality for flexible shifts
- Ability to follow verbal/written instructions and work independently
- Preferred: 6 months of landscaping/construction experience
- Must pass pre-employment physical and background check
