Responsibilities
- Perform groundskeeping, debris removal, and landscape maintenance
- Operate light machinery (mowers, trimmers, pressure washers)
- Assist in road repair and sidewalk maintenance projects
- Support stormwater management and drainage system upkeep
- Ensure public areas are clean, safe, and aesthetically pleasing
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain equipment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in all weather
- Basic mechanical aptitude and tool knowledge
- Reliable transportation to various work sites
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
