Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including excavation, landscaping, and debris removal
- Operate light machinery (e.g., jackhammers, power washers, sweepers)
- Assist in sidewalk repair, park maintenance, and street sign installation
- Ensure work zones comply with OSHA safety standards
- Complete daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
- Support emergency response during weather-related events
Qualifications
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme temperatures
- Basic knowledge of hand/power tools
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical examination
- 1+ years construction/maintenance experience preferred
