Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance of public facilities, parks, and roadways
- Assist in construction projects including grading, paving, and drainage systems
- Operate light machinery (e.g., lawn mowers, sweepers) safely and efficiently
- Collect and dispose of waste/debris from public areas
- Install and repair signage, fences, and other public infrastructure

Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the US
- Valid Texas Driver's License with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic mechanical aptitude and tool usage experience preferred
- Strong work ethic with punctual and reliable attendance
- Ability to follow verbal/written instructions and work independently
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
