Responsibilities
- Perform infrastructure maintenance including road repairs, drainage systems, and park facilities
- Operate light machinery (sweepers, loaders) and hand tools safely and efficiently
- Assist in construction projects including traffic control setup and site preparation
- Conduct routine inspections and report maintenance needs to supervisors
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Participate in emergency response during severe weather events
- Complete training modules for equipment certification and safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Valid Colorado driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor in all weather conditions
