Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying construction materials
- Operate light machinery including jackhammers, power washers, and hand tools
- Assist with asphalt repair, sidewalk maintenance, and landscape installations
- Ensure work sites comply with OSHA safety standards and city regulations
- Participate in emergency response activities during weather-related events
- Maintain accurate records of materials used and work completed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid California Driver's License with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Experience with basic hand tools and construction equipment preferred
- Strong work ethic and punctuality for flexible shifts
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
