Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including road maintenance, park upkeep, and facility repairs
- Operate light equipment (e.g., mowers, trimmers, hand tools) safely and efficiently
- Assist in storm drain cleaning, vegetation removal, and debris collection
- Support public events setup/breakdown and facility inspections
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Maintain accurate work logs and equipment reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project timelines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Arizona Driver's License with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in extreme weather
- Basic knowledge of construction/maintenance tools preferred
- Must pass pre-employment physical and background check
- Availability for variable shifts including weekends
- Experience in landscaping, construction, or public works a plus
- CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
