Responsibilities
- Manage and organize incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring accurate filing and archiving.
- Perform high-volume data entry tasks with a focus on speed and absolute precision.
- Assist visitors and staff by answering phones, directing inquiries, and maintaining a professional reception area.
- Retrieve and prepare documents for state audits and compliance reviews.
- Digitize physical records and maintain a searchable digital database.
- Support the Records Management team with inventory control and supply organization.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in an office environment or records management is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work part-time hours with flexibility for peak periods.
