- Participate in veteran outreach initiatives
- Document all interactions using VA case management systems
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience
- Familiarity with VA benefits preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid California driver's license
- Ability to pass federal background check
