Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Minimum 2 years of customer service or benefits administration experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management
- Strong communication skills with ability to explain complex policies
- Knowledge of veteran support systems preferred
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Valid North Carolina driver's license
