Responsibilities
- Process veterans' benefit claims with precision and empathy
- Conduct eligibility assessments for healthcare, education, and disability benefits
- Provide in-person and virtual support to veterans and their families
- Maintain accurate documentation in federal case management systems
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to resolve complex cases
- Conduct outreach programs to connect veterans with available resources
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Bachelor's degree or 3+ years relevant experience
- Experience with federal benefits systems preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Spanish fluency highly desirable for San Antonio community
