Responsibilities
- Assist veterans and their families with benefits applications and claims processing
- Provide accurate information on VA healthcare, education, and compensation programs
- Conduct eligibility screenings for federal veterans' benefits
- Maintain detailed case records in VA systems
- Collaborate with healthcare and legal teams on complex cases
- Participate in community outreach events to educate veterans

Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience in social services, public administration, or related field
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Strong knowledge of federal veterans' benefits programs
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and case management software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Spanish language proficiency preferred (highly valued in Miami)
- U.S. citizenship required
