Responsibilities
- Process pension enrollment forms and retirement applications with 100% accuracy
- Assist in maintaining confidential participant records and databases
- Respond to inquiries from employees regarding pension policies and benefits
- Collaborate with finance team on monthly contribution reconciliations
- Prepare routine reports on pension fund performance and participant metrics
- Stay updated on federal/state pension regulations and compliance requirements
- Support annual pension audits and benefit statement distributions
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of pension plans, retirement systems, or financial regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
