Responsibilities
- Process emergency and non-emergency calls using CAD/RMS systems
- Coordinate resources for police, fire, and medical services
- Monitor radio communications and maintain situational awareness
- Input and update critical incident data in real-time
- Provide clear, concise instructions to callers during emergencies
- Collaborate with multi-agency responders during critical incidents
- Adhere to strict confidentiality and procedural protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass background check and polygraph examination
- Valid Arizona driver's license
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM with 95% accuracy
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- U.S. citizenship and residency in Arizona
