  • Information Dissemination: Provide information to the public, other agencies, and court personnel regarding case status and police activities.
  • Crisis Management: Assist in managing critical incidents, including high-pressure situations requiring split-second decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • License: Valid California Class C Driver's License required.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to speak clearly and concisely over radio.
  • Availability: Ability to work rotating shifts, holidays, weekends, and nights.
  • Background: Must pass a thorough background investigation, medical exam, and drug screen.
