Responsibilities
- Manage emergency and non-emergency communications via phone, radio, and digital platforms
- Dispatch police, fire, and medical units with precision and urgency
- Operate Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) systems and maintain accurate incident logs

Qualifications
