Responsibilities
- Process emergency and non-emergency calls with speed and accuracy
- Operate radio communication systems for police, fire, and EMS units
- Enter and update critical information in CAD and RMS systems
- Coordinate multi-agency responses during emergency situations
- Maintain detailed logs of all communications and activities
- Provide clear and concise instructions to callers and field units
- Adhere to all department policies and legal regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass background investigation and drug screening
- Valid Arizona driver's license
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Must be 18+ years old and a U.S. citizen
