Responsibilities
- Process emergency/non-emergency calls with speed and accuracy
- Operate radio systems to coordinate police/fire/EMS responses
- Maintain detailed incident documentation and logs
- Utilize CAD systems for real-time dispatching
- Apply de-escalation techniques during high-stress situations
- Collaborate with multi-agency responders during critical incidents
- Adhere to strict confidentiality and HIPAA compliance standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to type 40+ WPM (will be tested)
- Clear criminal background check and drug screen
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Ability to remain calm under extreme pressure
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, data entry)
- Valid Colorado driver's license
- U.S. citizenship or legal residency status
