Responsibilities
- Analyze legislative proposals and regulatory changes for policy implications
- Conduct research and prepare comprehensive policy briefs for decision-makers
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement across government agencies and community groups
- Monitor implementation of existing policies and recommend improvements
- Prepare reports and presentations for legislative committees and executive leadership
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Manage policy-related budgets and resource allocation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of government policy analysis experience
- Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Deep understanding of Pennsylvania's legislative processes
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with policy impact assessment tools
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license
