Responsibilities
- Sort and process incoming mail and packages according to established guidelines.
- Deliver mail and parcels to residential and business customers along a designated route.
- Interact professionally with customers to answer questions and resolve issues.
- Ensure the safe handling and timely completion of all assigned routes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including vehicles and equipment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and postal regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 70 lbs repeatedly.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work independently.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
