Responsibilities
- Sort, process, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently and accurately.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring cargo is secured and handled with care.
- Operate mailing equipment and handheld scanners to track parcels in real-time.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving shipping issues.
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
