Responsibilities
- Sort, process, and manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
- Load, unload, and organize mail on delivery vehicles according to postal routes.
- Deliver mail to residential and business addresses with accuracy and timeliness.
- Interact professionally with customers, answering questions and resolving issues.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and logs in accordance with postal standards.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License (Class C) with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 70 lbs repeatedly.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Physical stamina to walk, bend, and stand for extended periods outdoors.
- Pass a background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle record check.
- Basic computer literacy and attention to detail.
