Responsibilities
- Sort and process incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
- Deliver mail to residential and business customers along an assigned route.
- Handle parcels with care and certify delivery of time-sensitive items.
- Update tracking information and maintain accurate delivery logs.
- Provide exceptional customer service at the counter and on the doorstep.
- Ensure the safe operation and maintenance of delivery vehicles.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and postal service policies.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. citizen or possess a valid Permanent Resident Card.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 70 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Pass a background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
