Responsibilities
- Sort and Process Mail: Efficiently sort incoming mail and packages to ensure timely delivery.
- Deliver to Customers: Transport mail to residential and business addresses, ensuring accuracy and care.
- Vehicle Operation: Safely operate a delivery vehicle (PSE or CDL) to complete routes.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with customers, answer questions, and handle packages with care.
- Physical Stamina: Perform physical tasks such as lifting packages up to 70 lbs and standing for long periods.
- Route Management: Adhere to delivery schedules and manage time effectively to meet daily quotas.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License: A valid state driver's license is required (Class B or equivalent).
- U.S. Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen or have permanent resident status.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift packages weighing up to 70 pounds and pass a pre-employment physical.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
