Responsibilities
- Sort and process incoming and outgoing mail and packages with speed and accuracy.
- Deliver mail to residential and business addresses along established routes.
- Interact professionally with customers to resolve inquiries and provide exceptional service.
- Maintain the security and safety of mail and postal equipment.
- Load and unload mail from vehicles efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Qualifications
- United States Citizenship is required.
- Valid Driver’s License (Commercial license preferred but not mandatory for all entry-level positions).
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate scanning equipment.
- Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job, including lifting up to 70 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to the facility.
