Responsibilities
- Sort and process incoming and outgoing mail according to established procedures.
- Load and unload packages onto delivery trucks and vans.
- Operate mail sorting machinery and scanning equipment efficiently.
- Ensure the safe handling of sensitive and fragile mail items.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Provide excellent customer service when assisting with mail inquiries.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 70 lbs repeatedly.
- Valid driver’s license (if operating a vehicle).
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Pass a background check and drug screening.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
