Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development of proprietary AI models for 2026 predictive analytics.
- Oversee the integration of Quantum computing elements into classical neural networks.
- Establish the technical roadmap for AGI (Artificial General Intelligence) safety protocols.
- Collaborate with a world-class team of data scientists and engineers in our San Francisco HQ.
- Define and implement robust evaluation metrics for high-dimensional data processing.
- Drive innovation in ethical AI, ensuring transparency and fairness in algorithmic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in building large-scale machine learning systems.
- Deep expertise in Deep Reinforcement Learning and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Proven experience with distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strong background in NLP, Computer Vision, and Multimodal AI architectures.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of mentoring technical teams.
